I would give this a 0 if I could. Lady deleted my name off the check in board. I then asked her to fix it. She put me back in but now I’m three behind and my son already almost done. I thought for sure they would take me next but they didn’t. Now my Son is done and I have to wait another 20 min! Jasmine has done ok cutting my hair in the past but this is the worst customer service ever. She needs some coaching for sure. Won’t be back to this one! Can’t believe this happen. Even the other customer knew they did wrong. Crazy

I am a long time dedicated customer of this Sports Clips. I used to get my haircut by Lucy, and now I get my haircut by Des. I came in today on 06NOV2017, and I had a terrible experience. I came in to get a trim-up before a job interview, and I was told that I could come in before Des left at 5. I arrived and the woman who took my call said she “would never say that Des left at 5” and stared at me like I was in the wrong. After that, Des took another client ahead of my place in like (the board had said I was On Deck) because there was a scheduling issue. She was very vague, and it felt as though it was because I was receiving a free service rather than a paying product. I will never be back to this store, and I hope those reading this heeds my words.
