Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Schertz

Have been going to Sports Clips in Viera, FL for over 4 years, no issues. In Schertz for business and needed a haircut, so I looked up this store and went in. I didn't realize notes on my previous haircuts were "in the system" and the stylist, Jasmin, had them on the note from my signing in. She still asked me some questions about my haircut, and then not another word. She didn't ask if I wanted an MVP -- which I always get -- she quickly got done with clippers only, and was clearly done with me being in her chair. It seemed like she needed to get to another customer and I was in the way. She was chatting away with the previous customer, and the other 2 stylists were with their customers as well. Just not the usual customer service I've grown accustomed to at a Sports Clips. Disappointed and won't come back to this location.

I thought I would never bother to write a review about a business, but I feel compelled to after my experience today at the Schertz Sports Clip. The manager was definitely very GIFTED in making a person of color other than WHITE feel very UNWELCOME in letting someone know that minorities do not belong in this establishment. So as an advice to others, if you support Trump and his kind, this place is definitely for you. But, if you are a minority and whose complexion does not match the manager's skin tone, do not even bother. I'm sure there are other businesses out there who can provide better service to you irregardless of your skin color or ethnic origin. This business should fly the Rebel flag outside the door to let their potential costumers be forewarned.
