Great service, stylists are very nice and its a pleasure to go in. I love the online check-in and have always gotten a great haircut. I have been to a few other locations, but this one is my favorite by far.

Twice now I have used the same lady. Yes I know, shame on me. Twice now she has screwed up my son’s hair cut. First time, I just paid and let and went somewhere else to fix it. Today, they had a short wait time so I decided to give them a second chance. Same lady as last time....first she didn’t understand the length I wanted his hair cut. She tried it again, his fade was not blended and his edge up was round. She then had her manager step in and fix what she did. We were there for an hour. There was maybe a 10 minute wait for a chair. Absolutely ridiculous. Then the manager, Lisa, didn’t say anything when she was done, just walked off. No, “hey sorry about that” or “how does that look?” She just left. Awful customer service on her part. At least the stylist that we had cutting his hair to start with, Michelle, was nice.

We have gone to sports clips for years. We have had great experiences until now! My son got such a horrible haircut. He doesn't have any scars in his head and he had spots that make it look like a cheetah. The length was not even. His style should have been left so his hair could comb over. It it was rigid and umeven. It may have been a off night for Lisa and I know no one can be on point every time but to just leave the hair blew my mind. I will never go in that chair again.
